Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT

A deposit of 50% of the full rate is required to secure a reservation.
Final balance is due one month before the travel date. Failure to make full payment will result in
cancellation by Soar Kite Trip.
Payments should be made by our website.

Deposits will be refunded for cancellations made by clients more than one month before departure
date. But, a 50% admin charge (of total rate) will be deducted.
Deposits will be refunded for cancellations made by clients less than one month before departure
date. But, a 70% admin charge (of total rate) will be deducted.
No refund of deposit will be made for cancellations made less than 2 weeks before departure date
– with the exception of COVID travel restrictions.
Should a trip be cancelled for any reason by Soar Kite Trips and no alternative trip is available, clients
will receive a full refund.
Any trips cancelled due to COVID travel restrictions will be rescheduled free of charge. In the event
that rescheduling is not possible, clients are eligible to receive a refund of the full rate.

Passport copy is required.
All guests are responsible to organise appropriate visas if required. Passports must be valid for at
least 6 months from the date of travel.
All guests are required to have travel insurance.
Gear is included for use during all courses.
Insurance is included in the mentioned price of the equipment and gear.
